My life has revolved around art, dance, and the philosophy that movement is life. I know that smoother, more graceful movement is achievable for most with skilled guidance and training.

My two advanced degrees in the arts helped evolve this understanding over the past 20 years into its present form as the Integrative Method Movement.

Whether your quest is an easier more sure-footed walk in the park, improving your athletic performance, or becoming a better dancer or yoga practitioner IM Movement can guide you to smoother, more efficient movement with reduced muscular stress and pain.
